Captain of Your Own Destiny is a family teambuilding program designed for teenagers and their parents. Under the guidance of experienced captains, participants master the basics of yacht handling and life at sea, while simultaneously engaging in a mentorship framework focused on self-discovery and personal leadership.

A DAY ONBOARD:Every day seamlessly blends maritime practice, interactive workshops, and coastal exploration.

- Afternoon: Group workshops and interactive self-determination exercises take place. Teenagers explore their goals, collaborate in teams, and brainstorm ideas for their future.
- Evening: Families gather for open discussions and reflection. This is often where the most significant breakthroughs happen—when parents and teenagers begin to hear each other in a whole new way.
